These are the adobe acrobat student slides for the corporate-finance textbook. (Accredited instructors can contact me for more information. Instructor slides are never made available to students under any circumstances.) All .pdf files are also zipped up into one big file, all-pdf.zip.

All .pdf files also available in converted Powerpoint .pptx format in all-pptx.zip. Note that these powerpoint slides are created by OCR, so there may be conversion mistakes in them. (You can fix them by hand. I only maintain the acrobat slides. powerpoint is just an extra service.)

I typically create a new version of the slides once a year. The changes are usually quite minor. The book and the notes are converging to a best state, as I fix problems that are becoming smaller by the year. In addition, the book and slides have small updates (e.g., on historical stock returns) from year to year.
